Our Selective Strategies

Buy To Let
The traditional buy to let strategy is still a valid investment option, regardless of what the "gurus" say. With a medium barrier of entry, the buy to let strategy is not an extremely high cash flowing asset, but more of a low risk, low stress, capital appreciating asset, which will build generational wealth while still cash flowing you £200-300+pcm.

House In Multiple Occupation
(HMO)
House of multiple occupation is renting a property on a room by room basis, meaning a much higher return on your investment. These properties are usually a higher barrier of entry, require a larger refurbishment and require more management of the tenants, but you can achieve rental profits up to £500+pcm depending on the type of tenants.

Social Housing Providers
At Benjamin Estates, I believe in investing with purpose. I work closely with local councils and social housing providers, to help house vulnerable people. This is something that I find very fulfilling, and you can too. With long term leases, no management costs and limited maintenance costs, this tenant type is not only helping many, but also increasing your profits.
